Recipe: HMR Banana Bread Muffins

This is probably one of my favorite recipes for HMR. This can be used as a shake once you are on Healthy Solutions. If you’re a texture person like me, then you don’t necessarily enjoy the shakes, so this is the perfect recipe! It makes 12 normal-sized muffins.
Ingredients
- 4 packet Oatmeal (Cereal) – pulverized
- 4 tsp. Baking Powder
- 8 packets Sweetener
- 4 tsp. Water
- 4 Bananas
- Mix Oatmeal, Baking Powder, and Sweetener together in a medium mixing bowl.
- Add in the Bananas.
- Add in Water.
- Pour into a greased (I use PAM) bread pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
The HMR banana bread muffins look great, but I cannot have fruit. How do you think the sugar free banana pudding would work if I added a little instead?

Hi Bonnie, Sorry I’m not really active on this blog anymore. I think that is a great idea! Or even adding more of the oatmeal and using a banana extract.
